How do I get my suit fix?

Fill in all the data of the FORM, attached below.

Prepare your suit, carefully folded, the dry suit must have all the zips closed and then boxed.
Do not send bag, cap, rockboot, hose or any other item that does not need repair.

To make the task easier we have created an ADDRESS LABEL to print and apply directly on the package.

Of course, if you are close to us, bring your suit personally, so you can visit our Showroom and you will be able to discuss the detail directly and to see our products first-hand.

Caution

The suit must be sent clean and dry, otherwise a cost of € 40.00 will be charged for washing and drying.

Are you in hurry to repair the drysuit?

We offer two repair services:

  • Standard: 5 days
  • Priority: 48 hours (cost + 50%)

PLEASE NOTE

These are the times necessary for the repair of the drysuit, they run from the next working day of the arrival of the suit till the to delivery to the courier, they do not include transit times, holidays and feast.

Do you want us to collect your dry suit?

We offer a collection service for your drysuit throughout Italy and Europe by courier.
Send us your data to via e-mail address or contact us by phone and we will organize the matter directly.
The cost will be calculated according to the country and the collection area, it will be communicated and added to your bill.
